The Firearms Freedom Act is an act that has been passed by the state legislatures of Montana, Utah, and Tennessee. The Act states that any firearm, firearm accessory, or ammunition manufactured within that state and kept within that state is exempt from Federal regulation as it does not count as interstate commerce. This means that if you live in Montana, Utah, or Tennessee and you buy a gun made in that state none of the federal firearm regulations apply to it. Thank you Montana, Utah, and Tennessee for fighting for the Rights of the people and the states. 22 other states have introduced this same legislation to their state congress and 6 states intend to do so during their next congressional session. Thank you states for fighting for yours and the people's Rights, see what states are fighting for your rights here. In other news (old news, but still) Governor Sarah Palin of Alaska signed a bill in July 2009 that states that Alaska is sovereign and that no federal regulation or programs that are not listed under the Constitution do not apply to the state of Alaska. Pretty cool, the states are standing up for the Constitutional Rights of themselves and the people of those states. Checck out Alaska's bill here. Finally something that makes me feel good about our country. The Federal government may want to take our liberty, but almost all of the states are standing strong and supporting Freedom in America. Thank you states!
Speaking of Constitutional freedom. I got my new rifle on Monday! It is very nice. I plan on posting some pictures of it soon.
